As a life style and business coach Coral specializes in coaching clients for personal and professional success. She champions her clients to recognize and realize their potential, to create a perfect world vision of their lives and to take it to the max! The majority of her individual clients are entrepreneurs, small business owners and corporate executives.

In addition to individual coaching Coral offers engaging, interactive group presentations and programs about how each of us can enhance our ability to be more effective in our personal and business lives. Her presentations are insightful and uplifting, as well as practical. Topics included the Perfectly Me and Perfect Success™ programs as well as a variety of programs dedicated to the needs of the entrepreneur and corporate professional.

Coral's background includes nine years in corporate America in Human Relations and Marketing and six years as senior trainer for a cosmetics corporation. She has been a professional coach since 2000 and has been a certified Image Consultant and Coach since 1985.

Coral's education includes a BA degree in psychology, communications, marketing and women's studies. She has attended a two year certificate program in Alternative Medicine and holds licensure as an Esthetician. She is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, and a Certified Professional Values Analyst.

Coral is a graduate of Coach University and is a founding member of Coachville. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the International Association of Coaches, the National Association of Female Executives and the National Organization for Women.

An experienced business leader and executive coach, Wayne works with leaders, teams, and individuals from around the world to achieve high-performance results and personal life fulfillment. He specializes in accelerating the leadership process and the team development process in order to bring visions to life for his clients.

Wayne coaches the whole person to ensure personal fulfillment and career success while achieving business success. He has a keen ability to hear and understand what's being said, to relate to the person as well as the leader, and to understand the underlying dynamics of people, teams and organizations.

His clients include CEO's, Chief Operating Officers, Senior Vice Presidents, Corporate Diversity Officers, Division Managers, Team Leaders, and Project Managers from the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, India, China, Japan, Australia, England, and France.

Wayne is the co-founder of Perfect World Coaching, Inc. and is uniquely positioned for success as an executive coach. With 30 years experience as a corporate leader in a Fortune 100 company, including 15 years as president of a corporation, he used the "coach approach" during his career and realized the impact it had on people and results. He personally enjoyed the experience of achieving high performance at work while realizing his personal life vision. He now coaches others to achieve these same results.

Wayne is the Dean of the Graduate School of Corporate Coaching for CoachVille, the world's largest coaching organization.

His varied education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. He has completed the Darden School Executive Program at the University of Virginia, and the Human Resource Strategy Program at Columbia University. He is a graduate of Corporate Coach U, a Certified Corporate Coach, and a graduate of the Core Essentials Program at Coach U. He is a certified Coach Facilitator for the Coaching Clinic, a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, and a Certified Professional Values Analyst. Wayne is a Management Black Belt in Six Sigma methodology and has had the privilege of working in Japan directly with the Toyota consultants on the world-famous Toyota Production System for Lean Manufacturing.

Wayne is a member of a number of professional associations, trade associations, and chambers of commerce, serving in leadership positions including President and Board of Directors. He has served as the business advisor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, by appointment of the Governor of Massachusetts, on an environmental committee involving other states in the US and provinces in Canada.
