The PIAV assessment explores your "passions" in life and how they impact your relationship with others. It assesses the interests, attitudes and values that drive your behavior. These passions are formed by genetics and life experiences. They influence how we see the world, how we value certain activities, and what impels us into action.
The six passions are:
- Theoretical: Discovery of knowledge
- Utilitarian: Gain return on investment
- Aesthetic: Form, harmony and balance
- Social: Assist others
- Individualistic: Use of influence
- Traditional: System for living
This assessment is designed for participants to:
- Understand your own drives and passions
- Recognize others' passions
- Learn how to motivate others to action
- Appreciate differences and understand sources of conflict
