The DISC assessment assesses our four adaptable factors of observable behavior. It gives us insights into how others see us, including our "blind spots".
The four factors are:
- D: Dominance; how we respond to problems and challenges
- I: Influence; how we influence others
- S: Steadiness; how we respond to change and the pace of our environment
- C: Compliance; how we respond to rules and procedures set by others
The benefits of this assessment is for participants to:
- Understand your own behavioral style
- Recognize, understand and appreciate others' behavioral styles
- Learn how to adapt for enhanced communication, understanding and relationships
